It's that time of year. . .

We went down to Whatcom Creek this week to see if we could see the salmon. First we went over by the hatchery to watch the fish that had made their way up the fish ladder. This is the boys' favorite part.

We also walked the trail along the creek and looked for fish in the water. We did see a few although we didn't see the sea lion trying to catch them this year--just a heron.
